​We currently offer free shipping within Cyprus, catering to partners residing in the region.

ORDER PROSSESING TIME​

Upon receiving your order, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. Our dedicated team works diligently to prepare your products for shipment within 7-9 business days. Please note that order processing may take longer during peak periods or holidays.

SHIPPING METHODS​

We partner with trusted shipping carriers to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your packages. The shipping data available for your order will be given upon request during your orders completion process.

SHIPPING COST​

Shipping costs are normally calculated worldwide based on the weight, size, and destination of each order.  However we currently offer every shipment within Cyprus free of any fees and/or added charges.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME​

The estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination and the shipping method. We usually need no more than 2 days to deliver every order within Limassol and no more than 3 days for the rest of the region after the customs clearance of the cargo. Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a confirmation email or call regarding the exact delivery date and time.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions or logistical issues may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

For enhanced transparency and security, you can request access to this information by sending an email from your registered address. To ensure confidentiality, we will then conduct a verification process through a phone call to ensure the accuracy of your company's data. Once verified, we will promptly provide you with the requested shipment information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING​

​At present VIOTI ltd only offers shipping within Cyprus. However, we are actively able for shipping services to international destinations upon request for large orders and permanent partnerships .

RETURNS POLICY

• Eligibility: Products can only be returned and/or exchanged for a credit note after 30 days from the date they were received by you.

• Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of Purchase: Please note that providing the receipt or proof of purchase when requesting a return or credit note is requested.
